If the weather permits the children can use the garden where there is space for them to run and play together . There is a good selection of outside play equipment (slides, swings, sandpit etc). During this time the children are encouraged to explore, touch , observe the plants and fruits and, of course, insects in the garden. During hot weather water games are provided.
During the spring the teachers organise gardening sessions where the children dig the soil, plant seeds, and take care of the plants. The herbs which we grow are used in other activities for example work on the senses?
